Program Details

  • The Farrell Fit New Year New You Challenge is a 30-day fitness and clean eating challenge.
  • Duration: Monday, January 16, 2017, thru Tuesday, February 14, 2017
  • Anyone can sign-up and participate.
  • The male and female winners will be determined by the New Year New You Challenge Point System.


If I am out of shape can I still do the program?

Absolutely, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.

How long are the sessions?

Each session is 45 minutes in length including warm-up and cool-down.

What is a typical class age range?

Each class varies, however we currently service group clients from ages 22-55.

How large are the classes?

All of our classes max out at 12 participants. The goal is to keep the class sizes manageable so our instructors can focus on each individual more easily.

Do I schedule these classes up front or come when I am available?

Ideally, once signed up we would love to talk with you over the phone and get your best available class schedule laid out before the program starts, if you have a variable schedule we can certainly work around it to ensure that you don’t miss your 3 weekly workouts!

Building a healthy lifestyle is predicated on planning and consistency. We have found that if you have an appointment for class in your calendar you are more likely to stay committed to the process!
